"What's the process?" 1. Initial consultation 2. Contract negotiation 3. 50% non-refundable deposit 4. Client produces content 5. Presentation of initial designs 6. Revisions 7. Final file transfer
All website designs include an initial mock-up and two rounds of revisions. Final content must be sent and site mock-ups must be signed-off and approved before we begin building the site. Any changes to design will cost an additional $85 per round of edits. Clients should provide their own original high resolution images/photography. In the event a client doesn’t have high resolution images, an additional fee will be added for the purchase of stock images (fees may vary). Clients must provide their own style guide (color palettes, typefaces, logo). Clients will receive two virtual (or in-person) tutorials once the website goes live. Clients have up to 2 months after launch to schedule tutorials. Clients have the option of removing “created by Ervens Achille” from the footer of their website for an additional $500.
How do you accept payment? Once we agree to a contract, I’ll send an invoice. I ask for a 50% non-refundable down-payment before scheduling work. The remaining balance is paid in milestones specific to the project. Final files/artwork will not be sent until remaining balances are paid. Payments can be sent via check, zelle, or CashApp. Note, all payment directions will be included in the contract.
