Privacy Policy
Achille Industries ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website located at ervensachille.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from visitors to the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only — it does not cover data we may process on behalf of clients under separate service agreements or statements of work.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information in the following ways:
- Contact form. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company (optional), the service you're interested in, and your message.
- Scheduling a consultation. If you book a call through our Calendly link, Calendly collects your name, email address, and any details you provide during scheduling, subject to Calendly's own privacy policy.
- Direct email. If you email us directly, we receive whatever information you choose to include.
- Automatically collected information. Like most websites, we may collect standard technical information such as your browser type, device type, IP address, referring page, and pages visited, typically through analytics tools.
- Spam and abuse prevention. Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA and a hidden honeypot field to prevent automated submissions. reCAPTCHA may collect technical and usage data as described in Google's Privacy Policy.
- CRM and marketing platform. We use a customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing platform to manage leads, store client and prospect records, schedule appointments, and send email and SMS communications. Information submitted through our forms, calendar, or provided during a call may be stored in our CRM and used to contact you as described in Section 4 below.
- Phone number, if provided. If you provide a phone number — through a form, during a call, or when booking an appointment — we may use it to contact you by phone, text (SMS), or both.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and schedule consultations
- Communicate with you about a potential or active project
- Maintain records of client and prospect communications
- Improve the Site and understand how visitors use it
- Protect the Site against spam, abuse, and security threats
- Send appointment reminders, follow-ups, and — where you've provided consent — marketing communications by email and/or SMS, as described in Section 4
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your information. We share information only with the following categories of service providers, solely to operate the Site and our business:
- Google (reCAPTCHA, and analytics if enabled)
- Our CRM and marketing platform (scheduling, email, and SMS communications)
- Calendly, if still in use alongside or prior to our CRM's scheduling tools
- Our website hosting and email service providers
These providers process data under their own privacy policies and only to the extent needed to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets.
4. Marketing Communications, Email & SMS
If you provide your email address or phone number through our forms, calendar, or during a conversation with us, we may use it to send you:
- Transactional messages, such as appointment confirmations and reminders
- Follow-up communications related to your inquiry or project
- Marketing emails and text messages about our services, where you have opted in or otherwise consented
Email. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time; we may still send you transactional or account-related emails necessary to service an active project.
SMS/text messaging. By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Achille Industries, including appointment reminders and marketing messages, sent via our CRM and communications platform. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP. We are not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery caused by your wireless carrier.
Phone numbers and consent records collected for SMS purposes are not shared with third parties for their own marketing use.
5. Cookies
The Site may use cookies or similar technologies for basic functionality, analytics, and — if enabled through our CRM and marketing platform — form and appointment tracking. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some Site functionality.
6. Data Retention
We retain contact form submissions, emails, scheduling information, and CRM records (including SMS consent records) for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, maintain an active client relationship, keep required business records, or as required by law. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 8), and you may opt out of marketing emails or texts independently of a full data deletion request.
7. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to opt out of certain uses, including marketing emails and SMS. To make a request, contact us at ervensmachille@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
9. Client and Project Data
This policy covers visitor and lead data collected through the ervensachille.com website and our related CRM and communications tools only. Data we process while performing web design, development, or software work for clients — including data belonging to a client's own users or customers — is governed by the applicable service agreement or statement of work with that client, not by this policy.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
